Burjeel Holdings is recruiting for a range of medical and operational roles, including:
- Director of Operations – Medical Specialties & Institutes
- Oversee hospital operations for multi-specialty departments
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and strategic implementation
- Drive operational excellence in patient care, staffing, and resource management
- Physiotherapist
- Provide physiotherapy services to patients across departments
- Design treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- General Practitioner (GP) Doctor
- Diagnose and treat patients in outpatient or hospital settings
- Collaborate with specialists for comprehensive patient care
- Radiologist
- Conduct and interpret imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
- Collaborate with physicians for accurate diagnosis and treatment plans
- Laboratory Technician
- Perform clinical lab tests with precision and accuracy
- Ensure quality control and proper documentation of results
- Sonographer
- Conduct diagnostic ultrasound scans

- Qualifications & Requirements – Dubai & UAE
For Management and Director Roles:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a clinical discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant operational role within a multi-specialty hospital in the UAE
Direct exposure to hospital operations, staff management, and cross-functional coordination
For Clinical Positions (Doctors, Physiotherapists, Technicians, Sonographers):
Relevant clinical qualifications and UAE licensure where applicable (DHA, HAAD, or MOH required)
Proven experience in hospital or clinic-based healthcare services
Strong communication and patient interaction skills
